As August is ending it is quite worrying how fast summer has gone by and soon it is time for everyone to go back to school, college or university which is quite a daunting feeling. So here's a few things I have been up too.

I made some cookies recently and they came out pretty well, I’m not the best at baking usually but when I saw this Nigella recipe I thought I would try it out. They tasted amazing so that’s what counts, no matter how hard I tried to photograph them to look good, they smelt and looked a lot better in person. When she says to add chocolate chips I added a few but also added some Terry's chocolate orange and malteasers so basically chocolate heaven.Basically I crumbled up the malteasers so the chocolate wouldnt burn it it would have that crumbly texture inside, and broke up the chocolate orange and kept it on a low setting. Whilst checking so they didn't over bake, then after they had time to cool down i opened them up and all the orange chocolate melted out and it was amazing. Yes it was as good as it sounds, here is the link so you can try out the recipe too: https://www.nigella.com/recipes/chocolate-chip-cookies

Speaking of food when we were driving near Yeovil we stopped at what we thought was a farm shop, it was a farm shop however something that specializes in the animal Buffalos. Meaning it sold Buffalo meat but something that I have never tried before is ice cream made from Buffalo milk, made fresh and from the best ingredients. Defiantly worth a try and this is what I found online about them:http://heyfarmshops.co.uk/03921657/West_Country_Water_Buffalo

It tasted really fresh and creamy and slightly more pure than other ice creams, also could really taste the vanilla in a sort on non-artificial way which was amazing.

This was my outfit of the day, something quite casual and comfy as I wasn't seeing anyone or doing anything special in the day so I just popped this on. I think sometimes I do think of comfort when it comes to my outfit when I am out of the house all day or super busy, therefore I am usually in my Nikes as I basically live in them because they are so comfy. This outfit is moving towards the autumn weather as it wasn’t the nicest of days compared to the sunshine lately.

Of course I popped into Lush as it’s amazing and if you ever walk past it, you just have to go in to have a little look, plus it smells amazing inside so it will put you into a good mood. I went in to get some bubble stuff and it’s even better if it turns my bath pink.

I purchased the Lush Rose Jam bubbleroon which almost looks like a mini cake with filling in the middle in the most gorgeous pink so as soon as I saw it I knew I had to get it. Even better there’s loads of sparkles within it allowing it to look so much prettier and aesthetically pleasing, I just love it and can’t wait to use it! The shea butter icing that sticks the two bits together is super moisturizing and will soften the skin when it soaks.

I also purchased a similar item the Cream Candy bubble bar that has a flower in the middle, this is to also crumble under my tap when it’s running to create pink bubbles and froth to make my bath amazing. I have had this before and it smells so so good and will leave your bathroom smelling of lush which no one can complain about. I know it will moisturize my body slightly when I am in the bath as it has some cocoa butter in which is another positive and even more reason to get it.

Thank you so much for reading! This was a slightly less exciting post I feel maybe as it was just about my day, howvever I have lot's of exciting things coming soon, including a Favourites post possibly so keep an eye out!
